❤︎ Do you ship internationally?
: We are able to ship to most countries, with the exceptions of the following countries. This is due to my courier (Royal Mail) not being able to deliver to these locations.
Permanently / Semi-permanently: Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Israel, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol Regions ONLY), Yemen
Temporarily suspended: Democratic Republic of Congo, Thailand
Possible, but with significant delays: Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Falkland Islands, Grenada, Iraq, Jordan, Kiribati, Moldova, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine

❤︎ What is your return/refund policy?
: We do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations etc. after an order has been placed. However please feel free to tell us about your reason(s) and we may be able to find an alternative or work something out :)
❤︎ What are the shipping options?
: If not specified, regular UNTRACKED mail will be used. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged mail once we have sent out the package. Any losses/damages are the responsibility of your courier. A send out video/picture will be provided through Instagram DMs if possible and upon your (the customer's) request. Please DM @takecareofsof on Instagram with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request :)
Please make sure your shipping information such as your name, address etc. is correct before placing your order.
There is an additional 30p added to every shipping option due to the Click and Collect Royal Mail service that I use.
Customers are responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties your government charges on your package. takecareofsof is not responsible for any extra charges.
